Full-Time Pharmacist – Derrylin Pharmacy & Fermanagh Travel and Health Clinics, Co. Fermanagh

We are seeking a motivated, full-time Pharmacist to join our busy community pharmacy and clinic in Derrylin, Co. Fermanagh. This is an exciting opportunity for a pharmacist who wants to shape and grow clinical services and dispensing services within an established, high-footfall pharmacy.

About the Role

You’ll take a lead role in developing and expanding our service offering, with a particular focus on:

●Weight loss clinic – building out a patient pathway and growing uptake
●Travel clinic – developing services for patients travelling abroad
●Non-travel vaccination services for NHS and private patients
●Pharmacy First services
●Working with Pharmadoctor PGDs
●Independent prescribing – if IP-qualified (or working towards it), you’ll have real scope to use and expand your prescribing role within the pharmacy

Alongside these growth areas, you’ll oversee day-to-day dispensing, ensure full regulatory compliance, and lead a supportive team in delivering excellent patient care. There is usually a second pharmacist working as well.

About the Pharmacy

Our pharmacy is modern and well-equipped, featuring a Gollmann dispensing robot to streamline dispensing and free up more of your time for clinical services and patient-facing work.

About You
●Qualified Pharmacist, registered with PSNI (Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland)
●Independent Prescribing qualification desirable, but not essential. Support is available for pharmacists working towards it, including enrolment on the scheme and support from an IP pharmacist in the business.
●Confident developing new clinical services and engaging patients
●Strong leadership and communication skills
●Comfortable in a busy, fast-paced community pharmacy environment
